HKBN Ltd has launched an enterprise-focused artificial intelligence platform, becoming the first telecommunications operator in Hong Kong to introduce business-oriented tokenized AI services. The announcement was made on Thursday as the company deepens its push into AI infrastructure powered by domestic computing resources.
HKBN Group President and Chief Operating Officer Denis Yip said the company has invested HK$100 million (approximately $12.8 million) in building and operating an “AI+ domestic computing power platform”. He added that the group plans to further expand its investment in AI token supply to support both enterprise and individual users.
