InMobi has acquired MobileAction, a San Francisco-based AI-driven app analytics and optimisation platform, in a move aimed at strengthening its advertising ecosystem and expanding capabilities for iOS app growth. The deal was announced on 7 May, with financial terms undisclosed.
InMobi said the acquisition will enhance its ability to support marketers seeking both organic and paid user acquisition across Apple’s ecosystem. The company, which operates globally from Bengaluru and San Francisco, is positioning the move as part of a broader push into AI-led advertising intelligence and agentic marketing systems.
